Olga Fleming

Submitted by kagricola on Mon, 12/22/2025 - 12:19

Olga Fleming is a visionary communications leader who artfully disrupts the norms of PR, transforming companies, culture, and categories along the way. With over three decades of experience spanning global brand campaigns, scientific communications, and creative storytelling, Olga brings a rare hybrid of rigor and imagination to everything she touches.

She is one of the industry's foremost experts in healthcare communications, particularly in oncology. For more than 30 years, there has never been a moment in her career where oncology wasn’t part of her focus. Olga has helped shape campaigns that form the foundation of today’s most widely used cancer regimens, from launching the original chemotherapies, to supporting the first wave of immunotherapies and biomarker-targeted therapies. Her expertise spans almost every major pharmaceutical company and some of the most innovative biotechnology brands, supporting everything from product launches to franchise strategy.

Olga’s work has also extended to renowned institutions such as MD Anderson, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. She has led campaigns that fundamentally redefined the cancer patient experience, most notably the groundbreaking “Oncology on Canvas” initiative for Lilly Oncology and “Story Half Told,” for Pfizer, which shifted public understanding and visibility around metastatic breast cancer.

As CEO of MMC and RXMOSAIC, Olga has ushered in a new era for the agency, redefining what it means to be human-first in a data-obsessed world. Under her leadership, MMC has experienced significant growth, adding four Fortune 500 clients and earning top industry honors including Cannes Lions, Effies, PRWeek and MM+M Awards.

Named PRWeek’s 2025 Outstanding Agency Professional of the Year, Olga has shaped perceptions and driven change for brands like Amgen, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer and P&G. Her work blends emotional intelligence with scientific clarity, resulting in campaigns that not only resonate, but often set the standard.

Beyond agency life, Olga is a dedicated mentor and advocate. She serves as a ColorComm mentor, PRWeek Awards judge, and active member of the Diversity Action Alliance, and The Lagrant Foundation.
