Mimi Ciabarra is a dynamic business development professional with over 20 years of experience across the nonprofits, entertainment, motorsports, and technology sectors, specializing in corporate and foundation relations, fundraising strategy, and partnership development.
Before joining the Cancer Support Community, Mimi held senior business development and partnership roles across multiple sectors, consistently translating organizational goals into mission-driven outcomes.
As Manager, Corporate and Foundation Relations at CSC, she advances the organization’s mission by cultivating and stewarding strategic partnerships with corporations and foundations.
Mimi’s connection to CSC’s mission is fueled by her experience as a cancer survivor. She is passionately committed to strengthening support, resources, and care for individuals and families affected by cancer.
She holds a B.S. in Physics, is a proud mother of two daughters, and lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Ashley Che, PharmD
Ashley Che, PharmD, serves as the Program Manager of Health Equity at Cancer Support Community (CSC), where she leads and supports initiatives that advance equitable access to cancer support services and strengthen CSC’s reach within underserved and historically marginalized communities. In this role, she collaborates across teams to support programming strategy, community partnerships, and outreach efforts that ensure CSC’s education, resources, and services are responsive to the needs of diverse individuals and families impacted by cancer.
Prior to joining CSC, Ashley worked at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the Office of Minority Health and Health Equity, where she supported national health equity initiatives through scientific research and analysis of clinical trial and public health data, identifying gaps in representation and outcomes across diverse communities. She contributed to cross-sector efforts to strengthen evidence generation and promote inclusive research practices that support equitable participation in clinical trials.
Ashley also served as a Clinical Pharmacist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC, providing direct patient care, medication management, and support for chronic diseases while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Her background bridges clinical care, regulatory science, and community-centered engagement, bringing a comprehensive perspective to improving access, quality, and the overall patient experience. Ashley is passionate about reducing barriers to care through trust-based partnerships, culturally responsive communication, and community-informed approaches that address disparities in health outcomes. She is based in Maryland, and outside of work she enjoys hosting and spending time with family and friends, traveling, and working on creative projects and home design ideas.
