Tim has been with Walgreens since early 2013 as an executive B2B healthcare leader.  He has responsibility for growth and business development through account management and sales teams.  He plays a key role in supporting B2B strategy creation, business and product development. Tim brings over 35 years of strong leadership, problem solving and innovation leveraging his extensive leadership, business and clinical skills.  His experience is diverse and includes sales, account management, cross functional leadership, sales operations / enablement, contracts and pricing, negotiations, government relations, medical education, pharmacoeconomics, outcomes research, training, product development, pharmacy operations and medical / pharmacy practice across multiple channels.  He has worked across all B2B customer types and books of business in his career.  He has a proven track record of achieving excellent results in leading large, geographically dispersed, customer-focused teams and developing engaging cultures focused on delivering enhanced and innovative value propositions to customers.


    He came to Walgreens after a 15-year career at Pfizer.  He led Pfizer’s centralized employer strategy and platform function for 10 years where he had overall responsibility for strategy, sales execution, support and innovation across the various global business units.  In his role, they consistently exceeded their business and customer objectives, were recognized as the top “partners of choice” and best account executives by various customer surveys for 10 years.  Additionally, Tim served in various medical / clinical roles for 5 years at Pfizer including leading a large regional team field-based clinical colleague team.


    He joined Pfizer after an outstanding career in the United States Army as a pharmacy officer serving in various roles of pharmaceutical care delivery.  His final career assignment in the Army culminated when he served as the Chief of Pharmacy Service for an Army hospital that served inpatient, outpatient and various ambulatory clinics.


    Tim has Bachelor Science in Pharmacy from Duquesne University, Masters in Business Organizational Management from University of La Verne, has served as a pharmacy faculty for several schools of pharmacy, and has various publications, posters and national platform presentations.  He is a  registered pharmacist in Pennsylvania and resides in Tampa, Florida with his family of six.
