Rylan joined Cancer Support Community in 2023 as the Helpline Coordinator. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor's degree in biology. She is pursuing a master's degree in genetic counseling at the University of South Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering with GiGi's Playhouse."

Olga
Olga has recently joined the Help Line as a Resource Specialist. She graduated with a Business Administration Bachelors degree from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish. Back in 2012 while working as an esthetician, she was able to get get the Oncology Esthetics certificate and had the opportunity to volunteer for the Look Good Feel Better program as well as the Fundación Mision Rema in Miami. It was a rewarding experience to be able to give even little amounts of care and joy to someone going through a difficult time.
She’s happy to be able to be a part of this amazing team and to keep supporting everyone in need.
Currently Olga works full time in the financial department for a walk in clinic. During time off, she spends time doing arts and crafts. Olga especially loves baking cookies and learning as many techniques as possible to give as treats to family and friends. She also loves to spend time with my family and my cute little fur co-worker Tobi.

Resource Specialist
Brooke, MPH
Brooke joined CSC as a resource specialist in April, 2024. She has a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating various points of transition via care management, as well as experience with program management within non-profit organizations serving older adults and adults with intellectual disabilities. She received her Master of Public Health degree at Elmhurst University and is excited to be able to provide support to people affected by cancer. When she is not working, she loves spending time with friends or going on long nature walks with her dog, Spud.

Resource Specialist
Ashley, MSW, LCSW
Ashley joined the Cancer Support Community Helpline as a per diem in August of 2023. Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for supporting individuals adjusting to changes in their health, relationships, and life circumstances. She has most recently dedicated many years to working directly with patients and caregivers as they cope with the impact and change that comes from a cancer diagnosis. Ashley holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in social work. Outside of her professional life, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband, exploring new culinary experiences as an avid foodie, and indulging in her love for reading.
