Rochelle is a licensed medical social worker with many years of experience in healthcare settings and a recent specialization in oncology psychosocial care, patient navigation, and care coordination. She supports individuals by connecting them to resources, addressing barriers to care, and providing psychosocial support during treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care. She is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals living with serious illness.

In her free time, Rochelle enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Katleen, LCSW, is a compassionate and skilled Community Navigator at Cancer Support Community, dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by cancer. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Florida International University.

With extensive experience as an Oncology Social Worker at the University of Miami/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Katleen specializes in biopsychosocial assessments, resource navigation, patient advocacy, and crisis intervention. Her bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish allows her to provide culturally sensitive care, ensuring patients have access to vital services such as transportation, housing, healthcare, and financial assistance.

Katleen is passionate about empowering patients and their families, fostering meaningful connections, and enhancing access to comprehensive cancer support resources.

Wendy joined the Cancer Support Community Helpline as a Per Diem Community Navigator in April 2025 and facilitates groups at one of its local partners. She also maintains a private practice focused on trauma, developmental injuries, and illness. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, staying active, traveling and connecting with friends and family.

We are excited to welcome Olajide Fadare as our new Director, Research and Registry at Cancer Support Community Research and Training Institute. He brings 10+ years of experience across community pharmacy practice and patient-centered research. Olajide earned his PhD in Health Services Research from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, IA, in 2024, and recently completed a Patient Centricity fellowship in Patient Insights and Solution at Astellas, US. Olajide is passionate about creating evidence-based tools and solutions for patients to realize optimum psychosocial and behavioral health outcomes. Olajide lives in Coralville, Iowa, with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys visiting new places and going camping with his family in his free time.
