MyCareReport (MCR) houses a variety of both proprietary and open-source, research-informed, patient-reported outcome measures delivered digitally with automated referral, resource, and acuity capabilities. Through the platform, screeners can be launched anywhere (hospital, office, home) using computers, tablets, or phones. The versatility of the platform promotes dynamic and efficient usage for patients, caregivers, and providers.
