Ingredients

2 mangos, peeled and diced
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp pure maple syrup
2/³ cup milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup oats
Fruit or nuts to top

Directions

The night before:

  1. Combine mangos, yogurt, syrup, and milk in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Mix in oats and chia seeds.
  3. Pour into two separate bowls and place in the refrigerator.

The next morning:

  1. Top with fruit, nuts, or eat plain.
