Herbed Lemon Salmon

1 lb wild salmon
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
Zest of one lemon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp parsley
1 lemon, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Combine olive oil, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, and parsley in a bowl
- Rub on both sides of salmon and place in baking dish
- Top with lemon slices
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily
