If you or a loved one is affected by cancer, it is natural to feel overwhelmed. There is a lot to learn as you ask questions, seek information, and make treatment decisions. It can be hard to know where to start. So, we’ve introduced a way for you to easily access cancer resources tailored to your needs and questions, anytime, anywhere.
Keep reading to learn about Launchpad. This 4-question survey allows you to create a dashboard with personalized resources. You'll find guides, videos, and tips — all designed to help you find support and regain control, wherever you are in your cancer experience.
What is Launchpad?
Launchpad is a simple, 4-question survey you can take right from your phone, computer, or tablet. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete. You can skip questions, too. However, the more questions you answer, the more tailored your resources will be.
After you complete the survey, you will arrive at your personalized dashboard. Based on your survey responses, you will find a collection of resources to help you navigate a specific stage of your (or your loved one’s) journey:
- A new cancer diagnosis
- Cancer treatment
- Cancer survivorship
- A cancer recurrence
Where can I find Launchpad?
You will find Launchpad at the top of our homepage and on several other pages throughout our website. Look for the question “Are you seeking help for yourself or a loved one?” Choose Myself or For a Loved One to get started.
Can I return to my dashboard anytime?
Absolutely — just be sure to save your dashboard; otherwise, you will not be able to view it later. After you complete the survey, click on the Save My Dashboard button. You will need to enter your email address and some basic information. Then you can return to your dashboard as often as you need to.

Can I update my preferences as things change?
Yes. In fact, we recommend that you do update your preferences when things change. This ensures you are receiving resources that address your current needs. Simply click the Update My Preferences button on your dashboard. We recommend that you update your information when you:
- Begin receiving cancer treatment
- Complete cancer treatment
- Experience a cancer recurrence
- Face a new cancer diagnosis
You can also update your areas of interest. After you update your preferences, your dashboard will be refreshed with relevant resources to support your current needs and interests.
