Katherine Labus received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, and is currently pursuing nursing school at Carolinas College of Health Sciences in Charlotte, NC. She is inspired by her direct work with clients and hopes to bring psychology, social factors, and clinical healthcare together to foster comprehensive healing as she continues her career and education.

With over 25 years of experience, he excels in guiding organizations to leverage technology to modernize and transform their business operations. Scott currently leads the Technology Consulting business at Maximus (MMS) leading the capabilities around Cloud, AI, Digital and Cyber and responsible for all P&L management and growth of the business.
Before joining Maximus, Scott held the position of President at Sierra7, a healthcare technology firm. In this role, he spearheaded post-merger strategy, overseeing the expansion of the company's technical portfolio and driving overall growth. Scott demonstrated proficiency in P&L management, strategy formulation, and operational oversight.
As a Partner with over a 20-year tenure with Booz Allen Hamilton, Scott occupied various leadership roles, showcasing his expertise in IT modernization, organization design, and business development. His roles included growing and leading a geography, leading the Consulting Functional Service Offering, and growing and leading major accounts for the company. Additionally, as the firm’s Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), he led the long-term strategy, fostered a data-driven culture, and spearheaded internal transformation efforts.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Scott was an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Change Management at Georgetown, contributing his knowledge to the next generation of leaders. Committed to community service, he serves on the Board and Executive Committee for the USO Metro, providing vital support to military personnel and their families.
