Cancer Experience Registry Toolkit
Thank you for helping us spread the word.
We invite you to share the Cancer Experience Registry (CER) with your personal and professional networks to encourage others to participate to help CSC collect insights directly from patients, survivors, and caregivers on what improves the cancer experience, and about the unmet needs that persist. Discover more about the CER.
How to Use the CER Toolkit
Review the materials and choose the methods that best suit your organization.
You should use the promotional materials as they exist here to comply with our IRB standards. However, there are pre-approved cases for which you may tailor the promotional material language to better resonate with your community. Tailoring can include:
- Specifying cancer type (e.g., bladder cancer)
- Mentioning geographic location (e.g., Colorado)
- Identifying another community characteristic (e.g., LGBTQ)
- Identifying your organization as a partner of CSC (e.g., Organization is partnering with CSC to change the future of cancer support.)
You are permitted to make the changes above without approval from the CSC team, but please do not alter any other aspect of the messaging.
CER Unique URLs
Please be sure to include your “CER Unique URL” in all promotional activities. Any of the materials that have the General URL (www.cancersupportcommunity.org/registry) should be replaced with your Unique URL so we can track participants back to your recruitment efforts.
For materials with a QR code, you can navigate to any free QR code generator to make one for your Unique URL (e.g., QR Code Monkey).
If you do not remember your unique URL or would like to create one, contact us.
As always, thank you for your support of the CER. We could not do this without you.
