While there are many ways for real estate agents to get involved in their communities, one major way to make a positive impact is to donate a percentage of real estate commission to charity.

It’s Easy to Donate Commission

As a realtor on either the buying or selling side, you can use a real estate transaction to support important causes in the community. By setting aside a percentage of the commission as allocated dollars to be donated directly, you can financially help a charity or nonprofit organization. You can also market this opportunity to prospective clients, letting them know that you donate a percentage of your commission to charity.
