Kimberly A. Williams

Kimberly Williams is a senior government affairs executive with more than 20 years of experience leading federal advocacy strategy, congressional engagement, and healthcare policy initiatives across the biopharmaceutical and broader healthcare sectors.

She most recently served as Executive Director of Strategic Alliances & Issue Advocacy at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she led enterprise-wide federal advocacy and alliance strategy supporting corporate and therapeutic policy priorities. In this role, she developed and executed engagement strategies, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and provided executive leadership with strategic political intelligence on federal healthcare developments.

Previously, Kimberly served as Director of Public Affairs & Alliance Development at Novo Nordisk, Inc., where she directed federal advocacy partnerships and alliance initiatives designed to improve patient access and advance policy objectives across specialty and chronic disease portfolios. She worked closely with federal government affairs teams, national coalitions, and patient advocacy organizations to align policy strategy with corporate priorities.

Kimberly spent more than two decades at GlaxoSmithKline, where she served as Senior Director of Federal Government Relations & Advocacy and led congressional engagement on pharmaceutical innovation, healthcare access, and federal policy impacting the life sciences sector. She was a senior federal lobbyist responsible for cultivating trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Her expertise spans the full federal healthcare policy landscape, including legislative and regulatory strategy development, drug pricing and access policy, public–private coalition building, political intelligence, and corporate affairs leadership. She has extensive experience and leadership managing complex policy and reputational risk issues across the healthcare ecosystem.

Kimberly is currently President of TenFifteen Strategies, a newly formed public affairs platform focused on strategic advisory services, government relations counsel, and coalition development across healthcare and related policy sectors.

Earlier in her career, Kimberly served on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant and professional committee staff member for members of the Congressional Black Caucus, where she focused on healthcare reform, education policy, pension issues, and other domestic policy priorities.

Kimberly is the current board chair of PlusInc, where she provides governance oversight and strategic guidance on public policy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Howard University.
