Stephanie is a customer-centric executive leader and board director with expertise in governance, animal and consumer protection, operational transformation, and customer-driven enterprise growth. Stephanie serves as a Board Director and Chair of the Governance Nominating Committee for The Y in Central Maryland, where she oversees board composition, fiduciary oversight, governance policy, and CEO partnership. Stephanie serves as Chief Experience Officer for Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies (WAEPA). As a member of the executive leadership team, she leads enterprise functions driving revenue generation, customer growth, and operational excellence, overseeing approximately 35% of the workforce. During her tenure, the organization expanded from 12 to 46 employees and completed a strategic acquisition that added more than 3,000 customers, increasing WAEPA’s membership by 8% and revenue by 5.5% and improving customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) 27% above the Insurance Industry average.
Stephanie translates complex strategies into disciplined execution and for modernizing organizations at scale. She has led major enterprise initiatives including digital transformation enhancing employee experience, and enterprise document management implementation — strengthening operational resilience, improving regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer experience as evidenced by the increase in Customer Lifetime Value from $63m to $90m in one-year.
