Brandon L. Swain

Brandon serves as Vice President of Development at Cancer Support Community (CSC), where he leads a comprehensive development program, advancing strategy, deepening donor and partner engagement, and driving revenue growth in support of CSC’s mission.
With more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, Brandon has built a career centered on donor engagement, community partnerships, and high-impact fundraising programs. His leadership experience includes roles at the American Cancer Society, Blood Cancer United, the Rochester Museum & Science Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
As a cancer survivor, Brandon brings both empathy and authenticity to his work, helping ensure that every interaction reflects the compassion at the core of Cancer Support Community. He resides in Rochester, New York, with his husband, daughter, and their dog.
