Nicola Garcia, MPH
Manager, Digital Content & Storytelling
I am a Master of Public Health (MPH) graduate from Grand Canyon University, passionate about integrating public health research into program management to create healthier, more equitable communities. My education and frontline healthcare experience have strengthened my ability to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that improve population health outcomes.
Currently, I serve as the Manager of Content & Social Storytelling at Cancer Support Community, where I lead digital storytelling and content strategy to amplify community voices, support fundraising and donor engagement, and elevate the organization’s mission across social platforms and communications. Previously, I supported helpline services and strategic growth initiatives, giving me a strong foundation in patient-centered support, data-informed strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Looking ahead, I am eager to continue expanding my impact through roles that center community outreach, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships, leveraging my strengths in coalition building, program evaluation, and storytelling to advance health equity and expand access to care.
