With over three decades of experience as a cancer services and nonprofit leader, Patricia Falconer has an unfaltering belief in what is possible. As the President of Health Options LLC, Patricia partners with hospital and health system leaders to increase access to cancer care and reduce health disparities. Previously, Patricia was the Executive Director, Stanford Health Care, where she transformed cancer services into an integrated network, doubling the financial performance of the service line, while achieving top decile performance for patient experience and employee engagement.

Patricia coauthored several publications, most notably, “Impact of Psychosocial Distress Screening Partnership with Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area in an Ambulatory Community-Based Cancer Center: A Retrospective Cohort Study” and “Psychosocial Distress Screening Through PROMIS at an Academic Cancer Center and Network Site.”

Patricia is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, CSC San Francisco Bay Area, and a Mentor, CancerX Moonshot. She has served on the Pink Ribbon Good SF Bay Area Advisory Board, Cancer Survivorship Provider Network Survivorship/Supportive Care ROI & Business Case Workgroup, California Dialog on Cancer Survivorship Workgroup, National Comprehensive Cancer Network Board of Directors, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology Consultancy Board.

Patricia has a BA Physiology, Highest Honors, from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA, Finance Honors, from Santa Clara University. She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and running after her young grandson and granddaughter.
