Our Partnership Story
Partnering with Cancer Support Community filled a critical gap for our patients by combining our clinical expertise at Mosaic Cancer Center with Cancer Support Community’s strength in providing evidence-based emotional support, education, and survivorship resources. Our partnership aims to improve the overall patient experience, support, and quality of life throughout the cancer journey.

The Objective
Committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the entire cancer continuum, Mosaic Life Care aimed to provide enhanced emotional, psychosocial, and supportive care services for its patients and their families. However, opportunities to enhance patient engagement and overall experience were constrained.
The Challenges
To ensure that the emotional and psychosocial needs of their patients and caregivers were being met, Mosaic Life Care needed to solve 3 main challenges:
Limited availability of structured, non-clinical support services for patients and caregivers
Gaps in access to ongoing emotional support, especially outside of clinical visits
Lack of standardized programming for survivorship, education, and peer support
The Solution
Mosaic Life Care partnered with Cancer Support Community as a Healthcare Partner to improve patients' overall experience, support, and quality of life throughout the cancer journey. Through this partnership, Mosaic Life Care has gained:

As a CSC Healthcare Partner, Mosaic Life Care has helped patients and families throughout their cancer journey, enhancing their overall experience and quality of life. The care center has provided supportive programs resulting in more than 2,750 visits through CSC’s partnership, and that number continues to grow. The Mosaic Life Care team has confidence and pride that they are providing their patients with not only the best medical care but also supportive care.
