Gilda’s Club Westchester has been providing support to Westchester, Rockland and Lower Fairfield County residents since 2001.  We offer a wide range of free programs and services to men, women, children, teens and families so that no one has to face cancer alone.  At Gilda’s Club Westchester, members have access to 30 types of support groups including living with cancer, living with loss, caregiver, breast cancer, post treatment, and men’s groups.  Our groups are held at our location in White Plains as well as offsite with our clinical partners in order to meet the needs of our larger community.  Our members can meet with an Oncology Social Worker for 1:1, couples or family counseling.   Our Children, Teens and Families program offers support to the entire family through groups such as Kids Cancer Connection, social events, and activities directed specifically to children and teens.  We also offer a variety of wellness programs, educational lectures and workshops including exercise classes, art and writing classes, meditation, spirituality, and coping skills.   For more information, please call us at 914-644-8844 or visit our website at
