Cancer Support Community South Bay

Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach has been located on the Redondo Beach Pier for 33 years.  CSCRB provides more than 250 free programs per month of social and emotional support, education and hope for people with cancer and their families. The goal of CSCRB is to help as many cancer patients as possible recover from the physical and emotional effects of cancer to the greatest extent possible. Services include drop-in networking groups, weekly support group programs, Kids Support Community, Teens Connect program, informational brochures, stress reduction, exercise and mind-body activities, educational lectures and workshops on nutrition and treatment. Offering what is considered to be the gold standard of psychosocial support, all programs at CSCRB are derived from evidence-based psychosocial oncology and mind-body research.
