Senior Vice President, Development and External Affairs

As the Senior Vice President, Development and External Affairs, Ted Miller oversees individual fundraising, events, communications, and cause marketing. Most notably, he played a role in a leading role in a partnership with Airbnb that secured free housing for thousands of cancer patients traveling for treatment. 
 
Ted served in President Obama’s administration as the Chief of External Affairs at AmeriCorps and worked for Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle, then-Rep. Sherrod Brown of Ohio, and NARAL Pro-Choice America. His media appearances include the Washington Post, the New York Times, and MSNBC. 

A University of Kansas graduate, Ted resides in Washington, D.C. with his husband.
