On November 19, 2014 the Cancer Support Community (CSC), in partnership with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, C-Change, and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, hosted an educational event for patient advocates entitled “New Oncology Care Delivery and Payment Reform Models: Implications for Patients and Advocates.”

The meeting was attended by numerous fellow advocate organizations who strive everyday to provide their patients with the most up to date information as it relates to their cancer experience. Speakers and panelists included influential leaders from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services; National Comprehensive Cancer Network; Aetna; Community Oncology Alliance; Oncology Management Services; American Society of Clinical Oncology; Avalere Health; National Health Council; and RampyNorthrup.
