Our Grand Opening

On Thursday, September 15th, 2011, CSC hosted a Grand Opening and Barn Raising event in support of our Research and Training Institute at the CSC campus in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. Thank you to all who helped us to “lift” the walls and celebrate the opening of the first Institute in the United States dedicated to psychosocial, behavioral, and survivorship research and training in cancer. It was a fantastic event!

A garden patio is being created that overlooks the Cancer Support Community campus and invites hope, reflection, healing, and peace. Engraved bricks and benches are available to honor/remember loved ones. View The Institute's Garden Patio Brochure .
