The Ins and Outs of Oral Therapy
The Cancer Support Community in partnership with the Association of Community Cancer Centers, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The International Myeloma Foundation, and the Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center hosted an interactive webinar, The Ins and Outs of Oral Therapy: What You Need to Know to Ensure Access on December 9, 2014.

New Oncology Care Delivery and Payment Reform Models: Implications for Patients and Advocates
On November 19, 2014 the Cancer Support Community (CSC), in partnership with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, C-Change, and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, hosted an educational event for patient advocates entitled “New Oncology Care Delivery and Payment Reform Models: Implications for Patients and Advocates.”

Overview of 2013 IOM Report "Delivering High Quality Cancer Care: Charting a New Course for a System in Crisis"

On March 5, 2014, the Cancer Policy Institute at the Cancer Support Community was proud to sponsor an event to highlight new recommendations from the Institute of Medicine (IOM).  Hosted on the grounds of the IOM, Sharyl Nass, PhD, Director, National Cancer Policy Forum presented findings and next steps for the group of patients, advocates, CSC Affiliates and partners.
