Use the "0-10" Tip. Decide for yourself what your level of energy is. Use a scale from 0 to 10, with 0 being absolutely no energy and 10 being totally energetic. Choose the number you want your target exercise level to be. The purpose is to work with our body, not against it—figure out accurately how you feel today. You want to exercise at your capacity, not below it or above it
