Awareness of Framing Life With Lymphoma
, a national, research-based educational program launched by the CSC with support from Cephalon, Inc. continues to grow. Since its debut on September 14th, the program has been covered by TV, radio, print and online media across the country, reaching more than 98 million people! The program, which aims to provide lymphoma patients with valuable resources to ensure effective communication with their healthcare team, is centered around easy-to-use tip sheets for lymphoma patients. The tip sheets outline ways that patients can approach each conversation with their healthcare team across the course of their cancer journey – from diagnosis through treatment and post-treatment monitoring.
Additionally, the Framing Life With Lymphoma
program has been honored with the first place award from the Philadelphia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America for its work in educating patients. The program was also featured at the 52nd annual American Society of Hematology conference in Orlando, FL in early December.
